I need to get a new host in a couple months and have shopped around for the past few. I need a lot of bandwidth and possibly a dedicated server.
Does anyone know any places that offer unlimited bandwidth?
Would anyone be interested in sharing a large plan?

There are other "smaller" companies that give unliited hosting/bandwitdth; however, they usually tank. I've used hostrocket, and they're great!! You might also look into:
HostGator (http://www.hostgator.com)
HostExellence (http://www.hostexellence.com)
ixWebHosting (http://www.ixwebhosting.com)

I've used all but HostExellence. They all offer similar packages, and the same guarantee. I can't say anything bad about any of them. They're all really good in my opinion.

Other's have given advice on other hosts, so search the board, you'll find a lot.

Any one ever use http://calpop.com ? I've looked into dedicated servers and just found this one now. They seem to offer 2x as much as I've seen any where else. Would anyone be interested in sharing a server look at the packages I'd be more than willing to split it among a couple people it would break down to about this

$10 a month for:
16gig storage
330 gig monthly transfer (says unmetered, what ever that means)

and you would share the specs:
Dual Xeon 2.8 CPU
800mhz FSB
2 GB PC3200 DDR Ram
Any linux version we chose
$1 a month if you wanted an additional ip (each ip)
Can add HD for about 120 gig ($100 once not monthly/ each)
Can add ram for 512 mg ($75 once not monthly /each)

This is a great setup and I plan to get alone in a couple months unless someone would like to share. Do the math its much better than hosting. Resell if you want.
