You shouldnt post this in the coding forum, since this has nothing to do with coding problems.

I think of the people on izabi as friends and I continually try to end the silly “war” that the founders have started, though no matter how hard I tried, they keep insulting and attacking me ruthlessly ...
In which case they arent friends.

Every time I’d mention bringing in a 3rd party coder and have him decide if anything was stolen or ever cloned they just ignored the statement and never responded.
...
I am searching for support from you guys, if you have free time and think you can do a comparison of both softwares, please do and post your findings here
If the developers of the other software arent interested in the first place, posting such 'findings' wont make a difference. If your code really is not derived from theirs, then if they take legal action against you, my guess is that they will probably have to reveal the encrypted source code to an expert appointed by the court, who will then agree with you. We wont be there, unless one of us happens to be that expert.

Before that I was voluntarily helping another opensource software called PHP izabi
I thought you just said izabli was open source? What was the liscense?

And if it is open source, why is any of it encrypted. I think you / them both need to get your stories straight.

I’m not afraid of any kind of legal action cuz I know I’m innocent, the only thing that concerns me is the wrongful accusations.
...
and ever since this issue started they have been making bad publicity towards me and my software, and i just won't have that.
If this is really so important to you, then take legal action against them (e.g. for libel).

though PHP izabi is called "opensource" it does have about 5% of it's source encrypted which according to the developer is for security reasons (they say if no one knows the source, the less chance it's going to be hacked)
Of course, we know that security by such obscurity often doesnt work in the long run.
