Where can I change not to receive notification emails from every post I reply?

But exactly witch is the option I need to disable

I disable this one but I still receive emails

Keep reading the options. Look for the bit that reads
When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.You should be able to figure out the rest from there.
