My Rongdong Missle did not work!

I have spent all kinds of money to make this new missle work what is wrong with it. Below you will see the launch of the thingy that I have been starving all the people of my coutry for so I (and my country) could be recognized as a real power.

Heck (hellfire and dang it) what is going on with my missle program? I have worked so hard (while my people starve) to build the next Super Power (just like in the movies I watch).
