Surely someone has already done a poll on which is the best web hosting. Am I just so stupid that I can't find it?

I just want to know which free and pay web hosting are the best

But yeh, that IS a good host... talking of which, my mate wants to go into host reselling (yeh, isn't everyone) and I was wondering if any of you knew of any hosts that are top quality for that too?
