ssh installing zend optimizer

I'm trying to install optimizer on cpanel/whm. I'm using winscp382 and this tutorial:

I keep getting a terminal error when I open the command terminal and input: /script/installzendopt

It'll show the download and after that..it'll say installation failed.

Any help?
