[RESOLVED] Anybody good with CSS?

I tried posting on another forum about this with no luck... so i thought i'd bring it here, since you guys are all legends ;) lol (flattery gets you everywhere!)

I developed this page on my local machine (firefox 1.5 and IE7) I am not sure what browsers it doesn't work in... however i know its not working in IE 6 and possibly mac safari.

If anybody with access to IE6 could help me out thet'd be great! or any other browsers that might decide they hate me!

The whole design is shifting to the left. let me see if i can find somebody on msn to send me a screen grab...

There you got, ff 1.5 and ie 6 from the same system.

Try this for the container:

#container {
width: 800px;
position: absolute;
left: 50%;
margin-left: -400px;
}

I think that's what you were trying to do.

Omg, would it be out of place for me to say that i love you? :) that fixed it!

Ha!! almost bald at 21.... I still have a full set of hair... trick is to pull your parents hair, or stuffed animals. Me, I just toss my cats around and play with my g/f's dog to relieve the tension of my frustrations ;)

Anyway, good to see this thread going more and more off the point... i guess makes it more relevant for this area in the form.

So for anybody else that reads it... how much hair do you have? (keep it clean :) lol)

and thanks again for the css help, i'm a pretty logical thinker so programming comes ok but when you have some things working in different browsers and so on logic seems to go out the window.
