I need to find a tutorial or such that when you click on links, lets say on top of the page, it will automatically change what is showing in a box somewhere else on the page.
I hope i explained it right... but im not sure where to find this or what is it called, any help?

A tutorial? Not sure where you'd find a tutorial for something this specific, but I can tell you it'll be javascript which does it. You might want to check http://javascript.internet.com/

Same suggestion. Whether it's onclick or a rollover doesn't matter much. That's just a different event handler. Check that page, they might have something you can adapt or at least something which will give you an idea how this is done. It's not very complicated, as scripting goes.
