Is it possible to manually download Studio Server edition of Zend Platform (http://www.zend.com/products/zend_studio/in_depth#Components)(containing Zend Debug Server, Optimizer,Apache and PHP)? I can't do it with the assistance of Zend Studio installer because of restrictions of my corporate proxy.

You mean like a link like the one on this page: Zend Downloads (http://www.zend.com/downloads) ?

Just click the "Try" link under "Zend Platform" and you get the .exe of the zend Platform.
