Outsourcing Design

Not really a PHP question, but strongly related to it.

Since we know how to code, we don't always do the design ourselves.

What are your experiences with outsourcing?

very good idea if your not a designer or don't like to design. Try and set up a relationship with somebody you use regularly. That what I do.
