PHP table modification

Hi, I am having some trouble with a PHP table code, if anyone can help me I would REALLY appreciate it. Please look at my page:

I am trying to get the "spaces" of white line that are between the description and the orange bar at the bottom that says "order". I am good with HTML but HORRIBLE with PHP. Is there anyone who can please tell me how to modify the code to get this table to move up a few lines with no spaces? Thanks
