PHP with all the goodies

If someone can help it'd be much appreciated - I have tried over the past few days to compile PHP with support for lots of extra goodies, primarily:

MySql, XML, PDF, MCAL, IMAP,GD... I think thats all :o)

Now, my box is Redhat 6.1 and I guess I just want someone to let me know of any known problems and workarounds, and maybe a directory structure for the build process - I know that I've had all sorts of troub in the past particularly with IMAP.
