Apache as service in NT4 ?

can anybody tell me how to ruun Apache as service in WinNT4?

Log in as administrator on NT serever
and issue from command prompt,
apache -i

i.e execute apache.exe from command prompt as NT admin. with -i option, and it would install apache as service on NT, u can later go to control panel/services and edit the startup preferences....
