Hi,

I want to connect our oracle8iR2 (8.1.6) database server (under windows NT4) to our webserver (Apache 1.3.12 running under Redhat 6.2). I installed oracle client in the linux and the sqlplus is running well. I downloaded the php4 distribution php41pl2 and installed it as an apache module. I compiled php with --oracle option as instructed and recompiled apache with php as module option. Now when I am trying to connect using OCIlogon function, I am getting a reply that ocilogon - call to undefined function. I would like to know am I missing any library. How can I solve this problem. I need a solution urgently. Any suggesions would be highly helpful.

Sorry guys, I found the answer somewhere here after searching. Looks like I have to compile it with OCI8 option also. I am checking the results. I will post the story later today
