Sybase Support/Extension for PHP4 on NT/Apache

Anyone out there has a working extension php_sybase.dll for NT?
I have a php_sybct.dll for version 4.0.0. but it always crashes my Apache build.
Any help would be appreicated, and if a link for downloading this library is even better. My current build:

Win NT 4.0 + PHP 4.02dev / 4.01pl2 + Apache 1.13

IT seems that I was able to mssql65 and mssql70.dll to mimic the sybase drivers.
I was able to access the UNIX sybase database with the mssql_connect... commands. Seems that it works quite well.. only thing is cannot run my apache server in module mode as it crashes when i enable to mssql extension.

I am unable to connect php to sybase database. My OS is LINUX, please help.
