unixODBC+FreeTDS+PHP4=fail?

I try compilling PHP402 with
./configure --with-apache=../apache_1.3.12 \
--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql \
--with-unixODBC=/usr/local/unixODBC \
--with-sybase=/usr/local/freetds

then `make`, and got the error:
