Installing MOD_PHP, MOD_PERL and MYSQL

Hi,
I am not sure that I am sending this pleader for help to the right place but here goes.
I have installed mod_perl and mod_php4 and mysql 3.22 on my RedHat Linux 7 box.
With just mod_perl and mysql install every woks fine but when I add mod_php the
equation the nysql stop working with mod_perl and work with mod_php. If II disable
mod_php then things goes then things work fine between mod_perl and mysql. I would
like to know if it,s possible share mysql between mod_perl and mod_php. If so , how ?

How did you install mod_perl and mod_php?

I am having the same problem, I have taken aver where it was orginally installed as a rpm with mod_perl and php3, I have compiled php4 with ./configure --with-apxs

Any solutions would be good
