php4 on IIS

i've installed php4 on NT IIS platform but when i change php.ini to use extension more specifically php_mssql70.dll it gives an error message: unable to load dynamic library , specified module could not be found. i've tried changing the extension_dir directive but it didn't help.
PLEASE HELP ASAP

the solution was register this dll using regsrv32
