php-4.0.4pl1 configure with-apxs fails

Any idea why configure fails when I try to run it with --with-apxs. It gives me the following output:

Sorry, I was not able to successfully run APXS. Possible reasons:
1. Perl is not installed;
2. Apache was not compiled with DSO support (--enable-module=so);
3. 'apxs' is not in your path.
configure: error: ;

It's like it is able to run apxs, but for some reason it doesn't give it the proper arguments or something. I'm running solaris 2.7.

My bad. Had typoed exporting LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Well, it's always nice to publicly make a fool out of oneself:)
