konfiguration of php.ini f. datatransfer

Hello,
I want to use a form (method post), transferring the input (on submit) into a php3-file
(<form action="../php/referent.php3" method="post">).
It does not function at all and I think something is wrong in the php.ini because otherwise I don't have problems.
Who can help me ???

What kind of error message do you get? Is there something in your log files? Why do you think it's in php.ini?
