I had everything working just fine with php 4.0.4pl1 for apache loaded as a module on windows2k. I just upgraded to php4.0.5 and I get an error saying it cannot find the file php4apache.dll and I have check the path 100s of times. I changed the file name in http.conf to php4junk.dll and I got the same error. (Just testing the error) Any ideas what is up?

I can only say that I did get exact the same errors. I'm using Win 2000, apache too. I had to return to PHP 4.04...
Something is wrong.

I figured it out... I didn't write over the php4ts.dll in my sys dir. Just copy the new file there.

I upgrade PHP from 4.04pl1 to 4.05, and now when I launch apache, I got some errors saying it can't find some function pointer in php4ts.dll, I then upgrade optimizer from 1.0 to 1.1, still got the same problem.

Does optimizer only support 4.04 for now?

no the optimizer does not work for php4.0.5. Word over at the Zend forums says well see php4.05pl1 or zend optimizer 1.2.0 soon to fix the problem
