Failed to connect

Sorry, I've gone all through the listings and nothing works.

I'm getting the same "Failed to connect" when I try and use the mail function. I'm sure it must be the smtp setting in the php.ini, but no matter what I try in it, it won't work.

Any other @Home users running into this? I'm suspecting a possible problem that way?
