I am very familiar with PHP and apache but now would like to become more familiar with ASP. I am wondering what is necessary to run asp with apache and what software I might need.
Thanks for your help

You can run ASP on apache but you have to use Chili ASP. Or you can just get a windows 2000 (or NT4) server...they will work fine.
OR if you prefer not to spendd money you can always download PWS (personal web server) free from microsoft's site, that will also do the trick.

(sorry didn't see you specifically wanted it run with apache.......)

ASP sucks. Though I did some research and Halycon have something called iASP. This is a Java thing AND it works with Apache. You need JDK from Sun (forgot the URL but it will tell u).
iASP :http://www.halcyonsoft.com/products/iasp.asp
http://www.apache-asp.org/ here you will find all the serious information you will need. ModAsp is running VERY smoothly on apache :)
