build from source on Window 2000

I met serious problem to compile php source on win32. --;
I read manual about it in php.net.
and, I did as mentioned.
but it didn`t work....

I cannot point a error. There are so many errors... hmm...
so.so....

is anyone there who have ref, info or doc about it?
