I have successfully installed PHP4 on my Redhat 7.0 box running Apache. I moved some working files from another server that were in the cgi-bin directory and now I get "internal error or misconfiguration". I believe it is an httpd.conf issue. My .php files outside the cgi-bin directory work great.
