Self contain loadable GD module

Does anyone know where I can get this? I have managed to compile PHP with GD support with definite linux.

I have the latest versions of:

php
gd
libjpeg
libpng
zlib
freetype 1
freetype 2

But when I try to load the module I just get an error.

I was then reading in one of the install files that using the phpize script you can create a self contained loadable module, which is what I want, but this fails everytime.

So can someone please email me the "phpized" loadable GD module
