Im trying to compile php4 with apache, but it gives an error saying it can't find apache and the httpd.h file. Im running apache 1.3.12 on red hat 7.0.

you're trying rpm ver. or source code.
if you tried source code - then try rpm... it's the best option as short cut & then you keep tracking all the files of php ... to understanding the configurations fine?
