zend encoder unlimited

i need to register free evaluation of `zend encoder unlimited` but after selecting my platform(linux) i can download files but form page does not open.. i did this many times and a page must be opened after download for insertong ID created by `lmutil`. does anybody have this problem with zend site?? please help
