Installing PHP4 on Windows98

I need to know if its possible to install PHP4 on Windows98 so that I can test the scripts i make without having to upload them to a remote server...Im told that you can create a virtual web server on your own computer...can someone explain how to do this?

Go to http://httpd.apache.org and download the windows version..

Then download Php for windows. http://www.php.net/do_download.php?download_file=php-4.0.6-Win32.zip

There will be install instruction in the php zip file.
