Unable to load php_imap.dll

Help!!!

I've been searching high and low and I can't seem to find anywhere that fixes me problem...

I've iis5, php, xp and mysql all running fine [believe it or not!] I wanted to add the imap extensions so I finally managed to get hold of the php_imap.dll, uncommented the extension line in php.ini, restarted iis and I'm faced with "Unable to load dynamic library 'php_imap.dll'"

Whatever extension_dir I put in i.e. "C:\php" or ".\" I still get the warning...

I'm relatively new to php so I'm sure I must just be being thick!

One site's forum said that it would not work if libsasl.dll was missing. I don't have this dll. Is that why?? Where can I get it??

Any help really would be good...

Hi!

I'm having the same problem.
But the reason for it not working is that
we don't have the php_imap.dll file.
also note that if ur php files r in
c:\php then u should use this

extension_dir = c:/php/extensions

the question of libsasl.dll come later.!
