os X help

Got php, mysql and apache all working fine on os X. Problem is, when I do get an error in one of my scripts, the line number is completely wrong.
Any idea why?

Hey.

I'm having trouble setting up mysql on os x. I have php set up, but whenever I download mysql I don't get a compressed file. I just get 'download.php" I'm trying to use mysql's site. But i have no luck.

Anyway, I figured I'd ask...
