php_imap.dll

I am using Win98, Apache and Mysql. I uncommented extension=php_imap.dll line in php.ini.

When I try to run the .php file from the browser I get
X-Powered-By: PHP/4.0b4pl1 Content-Type: text/html . Can somebody tell why do I get this peoblem. Did I configure my IMAP server correctly.
