Where can I get php_gd.dll for php4.0.1pl2-win32.

I know that download.swwwing.com has one,but it seams not support ImageCreate().Who know it,please tell me.

Yup I encountered the same problem, I am waiting for any one who make a new build of php_gd.dll. The one from the new www.swwwing.com is not working with the example from my php professional book.
