php_mcrypt.dll

Hi !
I'm using crypt() function in my code and I undrestand that in Win32 it needs php_mcrypt.dll!
It's impossible for me to find this dll !
In all the NET are only two links available but they are temporarely out of order !
Can anybody send it to me,PLEASE !
I'll need also some informations about how it works!

Try looking for MCRYPT and LIBMCRYPT on the net and then do a compile of PHP4, etc.

I'm trying to do this for Windows but no success so far.

It's easier though if you use Linux.
