I tried to install php4.x on win2k advance server, but didn't succeced. Is there any document which explain in detail about "How to install php4.x on win2k"

Not sure about that but you can find some good 'bundled' solutions at www.nusphere.com I'm sure it will help if you're not set on doing it the tricky way!
