I'm running PHP localy on apache win32, on my windows 98 system. i downloaded the win32 binaries from php.net, tried to use dbm earlier and i get a "undefined function" error. Then i read about "compiling PHP" but im not sure. Also, my "extentions" folder is empty!! Help please, what shall i do??
