Problem in installing php_gtk

Hi,
I am facing a weird problem in installing php_gtk. I downloaded php_gtk from CVS. But when I run ./configure, I am getting an error that

./ltconfig: ./ltconfig : No such file or directory

configure: error: libtool configure failed

What is the problem with it.

Please help me.
