PHP4-version with FTP enabled

Can somebody help to a PHP4 version with the FTP enabled?

I have no compiler available and not the experience to make such a version for myself.

ftp support has been integrated into php core for quite some time now, the current win32 binaries from php homepage (4.1.1) will work perfectly
