display color problem

Hi All:

I recently install win98 to my pc (AMD-K6) and since then I am having display problem. It allows only 16 color (not 16-bit or 256).

I used the original monitor. I tried to fix it by chanign hardware accelarator in safe mode, no luck.

Any help guys!

this isn't a pc forum. and you work for intel?


install the video & monitor drivers. win98 loads a standard monitor driver that doesn't give too many color options.
