Using php mail with IIS

Anyone know how to correctly config WIN2k Advanced server to work properly with php ( )?

I have set the SMTP param in my php.ini file to point to my mail server but get the following error when trying to send mail:

Failed to Receive in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\guest\submit.php on line 33
Any help is appreciated.
