CHMOD Apache/Perl for WIN

I have Apache and Perl installed and i need to set the permissions for my cgi scripts. How do i perform a CHMOD?

You don't chmod in windows. You will have to go to file types and change the default action for cgi to run and set the application to perform the action to the path to perl.exe
