Apache 2.0.36 precompiled binary

Who can help me finding the precompiled .msi and .asc (signature) version of Apache 2.0.36 for Win32?
Plz mail me!
Apache.org doesn't have it, they have 2.0.39 and PHP 4.2.1/4.3.0 doesn't work on 2.0.39.

PHP 4.2.1 works fine with Apache 2.0.39, you just need the new php4apache2.dll
