Arrow mail() problem

i used mail() function ro send mail.
But didnt getmail !
is there any need of editing on php.ini file on my sever
i use WAMP.

The mail() function without passing headers isnt very effective, and there will be more to troubleshoot with WAMP, esp. things like SMTP Mail Relay (Smart Host) Permissions.

I would recommend connecting to an SMTP Server externally to send your mail, there is freely down-loadable classes, Swiftmailer and PHPMailer which will allow you to do that.

PHPMailer for the record will also allow you to use the internal mail() function, but with all appropriate headers. It is a possibility that the email address you are sending the mail to has an ISP which is blocking it as 'spam' due to the bad headers.
