Browser Scroll Bar Color (or lack thereof)

First of all, the new forum is beautiful! It is a huge improvement, and a great asset to the PHP community.

If I may make one small observation however...

I think that the white color of the "elevators" in the scroll bars is not the best choice when the scrollbar itself is white as well. It may look kind of cool and clean, but the lack of contrast can make it difficult to see where the "elevators" in the scroll bars are.

Perhaps if you just made the elevators a light gray color, that would be enough to distinguish them, and make them easier to grab.
