What does an average PHP coder charge per hour when freelancing?

I'd also be interested in an answer to the same question with regards to the simpler stuff like HTML and javascripting.

well I usually to bulk rate for coding.. so I can sometime get anywhere from 500-2000 for 3 days for work.. or 20-85 a hour.

My figures would be about the same (if the currency being used is Euros, anyway); what the rate actually is depends on the client (friend of a friend wanting site for their photography business vs. Compaq wanting stuff done to their intranet) and on the required languages and technologies (a bit of Javascript here and half-a-dozen PHP scripts there vs starting with bare metal and building the entire system + site.).
