redhat 8 + apache

Hi,

I have installed redhat 8 and the Apache version that comes with it.
The problem is that although I have changed the document root directory, when I type http://localhost I get the default test page of Apache (stating that if you can see this page ........).

I do not know how to get rid of it.
Where is it?
Thanks

try deleting the index.html file, if that doesn't work , then you didn't change to correct directive in httpd.conf to point to a new docroot

the problem is that I can't locate where the index.html is.
I looked at /var/www/html (the default root dir) but there is no index there.
It is very weird.
As for the correct configuration of the httpd.conf, I am pretty sure it is correct, because the same configuration worked in 7.3
