Dreamweaver MX and MySQL

Hi, i've used Dreamweaver MX to link to a MySQL database. When I set up the connection everything worked fine when I hit the Test button but after uploading my page I ge this message whenever I try to view it:

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'Connections/yfcdb.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/yfc/public_html/local-postcode.php on line 1

What does this mean and how do I fix it? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Upload that 'Connections/yfcdb.php' file to the webserver.
