Dreamweaver and full pages

I want to create a full page in Dreamweaver. One that takes up the entire browser (Yes, I realize that may depend on resolution sizes) but is there a way you can set the dimensions of the page and then work from there in a "zoomed" view? Like in Photoshop -- you can have a work that is 1280x1024 and work on it at 50% or whatever. Can you do this in Dreamweaver or something similar? Thanks.

DWMX does allow you to preview what a page will look like at higher, or lower resolution... but it literally only resizes the page window.

Nothing like photoshops zoom "resize" effect. And too, remember photoshop is a IMAGE-editor. When you work in DWMX your really editing code. Just because it is a visual editor that does not mean you can zoom-in sort of speak.

You might try just previewing it on your system by changing your own resolution.

Hi, I found a solution, it works for me:

Always put an autostresh layer on your pages and play with "aling" in text or boxes.... (so easy)

Another one (the solution that works ¡)

I bought an old video card (do you remember PCI cards?) and an old monitor and installed it on my pc. For just 80 dollars I have a graphic station with two monitors, the big one to design (1024x720), the second, to preview how my pages looks in 800x600 resolutions.
