service pack 4 on win2k

Has anyone else had trouble with phpED under win2k with service pack 4?

Ever since sp4 was installed, phpED crashes when you try and paste in phpED!?

Unfortuanetly I can't go back to sp3 ;-(

Any ideas? No of another php editor?

Thanks, DC

Would you be satisfied with a text editor, or do you need the serverlike functionality of PHPed?

What I mean is do you have PHP installed on your machine for local testing, or just through PHPed?

Thanks for the response!

No I don't have php installed on my machine, so an IDE is the ideal solution, plus it's what I'm used to using, i.e. IDE's for embeded system development.

Thumbs up Resolved

Yes, that's what I'm using in it's place and if the techs at phpED aren't able to help me get this running I'll probably end up buying it but there are a few things about it's GUI I don't care for, escpecially the tiled window approach, Yuck! ;-)

btw, I'm certain you did/do know what IDE means/stands for, sorry if it looked as though I had implied otherwise!

I just noticed my old post here and decided to update and resolve.
The crew at phpED solved everything, it's working like a champ!
Their support staff was wonderful, they stuck with me until it was resolved, so I recommend both the product and support, to anyone looking for a top-drawer IDE for php.

DC
