Zend Server Center not working after install

I have installed the Zend studio server on my system and it does not work:

Windows XP Version 2002 SP 1
Zend file: ZendStudioServer-3[1].5.2a-Windows-i386.exe

The installation seems to go ahead fine and I can access the server documentation (via Apache)

http://localhost/ZendInformationCenter/main/index.html (works fine)

http://localhost/ZendServerCenter/main/main.php (SAYS PAGE CANNOT BE FOUND!!!)

I have checked and the file IS there. I have set permissions to full read and write. I have also tried re installing etc.

Any ideas?
